Overview
Mr. K. Satyanarayana Raju joined the Indian Digital Payment Intelligence Corporation (IDPIC), Mumbai, as Managing Director & CEO with effect from 26 February 2026. He brings over 35 years of extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector.
Previous Leadership
Prior to this role, he served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Canara Bank. Over his career, he has held several senior leadership positions across major financial institutions.

K.V. Sheetal
Chief General Manager – Digital Group, Bank of Baroda
Overview
K. V. Sheetal is presently the Chief General Manager handling the Digital Group at Bank of Baroda. She joined the Bank in 1999 as a Specialist IT Officer and brings over 27 years of banking experience, with deep expertise in IT and digital payments. She was also instrumental in establishing the IT/Digital centre during her overseas stint in Dubai, UAE.
Education
Engineering Graduate in Computer Science from KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum.
Early Career
Before joining the banking sector, she taught technical subjects in Belgaum, Karnataka for 7 years. After joining Bank of Baroda, she contributed to staff training through Apex Academy and later managed the Bank’s ATM switch independently.

Overview
Mr. Arun Pandey is currently serving as Chief General Manager at State Bank of India, where he continues to contribute significantly to the Bank’s strategic initiatives and vision. He brings nearly three decades of rich banking experience.
